Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, but my journey changed when I adopted a Romanian dog in 2015. I now share my life with three Romanian dogs; Rascal, Bella and Cassey. Not only have they enriched my personal life but they have provided valuable insights and experience of the behaviour and challenges our Romanian dogs can face. We have, and are, working through issues including fearfulness/anxiety and overreactions to dogs and humans. Behaviour modification doesn’t have a time limit, it’s not linear and there’s certainly no quick fix.

My experiences with Rascal, Bella, and Cassey have also led me on an academic journey, gaining a deep appreciation for the complexities of canine behaviour and the importance of kind, ethical training methods.

I qualified as a behaviourist in 2021 with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers. In 2022, I graduated as a Romanian Rescue Pro through 'The Dogs Point of View'. Continuing to learn and expand my skillset allows me to support my clients effectively. I am currently in my final (third) year of The School of Canine Science Behaviour Bible course.
